You’re Not Lost…

There’s a moment—maybe you’ve lived through it—where you realise your faith feels more like pressure than peace.

More like performance than presence.

Like you’re holding something too tightly, and it’s taking more energy to grip than it is to believe.

That moment is quiet.

Maybe even confusing.

Because nothing exploded. Nothing broke.

You’re just… tired.

Of trying to get it right.

Of keeping up the structure.

Of shaping your soul around something that doesn’t feel true anymore.

That’s where this new series began.

Not in crisis.

But in the slow softening of something I used to hold so tightly.

The series is called Not Lost, Just Loosening, and it’s about reimagining faith not as something you cling to, but something you move inside of.

It’s about letting go of the white-knuckle gospel—the one that told you if you loosened your grip, you’d lose yourself.

And instead, it’s about trusting that what feels like unraveling might actually be arriving.

It’s about this:

  • What if you don’t need a spiritual growth plan?

  • What if your faith doesn’t need to be structured to be sacred?

  • What if letting go of performance is what makes space for peace?

  • What if God isn’t in the rigidity—but in the rhythm?

  • What if you’re not drifting at all?

  • What if you’re already close?

This series won’t hand you a new framework or checklist.

It’s not a program. It’s a loosening. A letting go.

It’s a return to breath, trust, and the kind of faith that rises like bread—not buckles under pressure.

And if you’re somewhere in that in-between—no longer holding the old, but not yet sure how to hold the new—this one’s for you.

You’re not lost.

You’re loosening.

And that, my friend, is a sacred thing.

With love,
